I am Jaliyla "Jay" Mitchell, professional makeup artist, licensed esthetician, and  proud owner of Fit Face Artistry LLC.  I am an experienced makeup artist primarily serving the Tampa Bay and surrounding areas. I started my journey into makeup artistry as a sophomore in college at Florida A&M University. During that time, I knew absolutely nothing about makeup or the artistry of makeup. I started teaching myself how apply makeup on myself because I wanted to stand out. Soon after learning the basics of makeup I started getting request from girls on campus to do their makeup as well. I fell in love with the feeling of making someone’s day by simply making them feel beautiful. 

I created Fit Face Artistry to encompass my mission of promoting positive self-images fit for girls and women of all skin types and skin tones. I believe that beauty is a power all women have and my team and I am here to help you tap into that power. Through mobile on-location servicing, we bring a luxury experience to all our clients. We use traditional as well as airbrush techniques to create flawless makeup applications that will last long hours.
